Boumalne du Dades

Scouring the date palms
The famous Dades Valley hairpins
Hotel balcony shot
Stream hopping and the odd amphibian
Me and a pile of rocks
Dades kasbahs line the roads
A small village a short walk from the canyon
The narrowest section of the gorge
That's close enough thank you!
Fancy a game of footy!
These strange formations are known as the "Hills of Human Bodies" thought to have been formed by a primordial river, the gorge here is still wide and populated
Taken from our hotel looking over Boumalne
Boumalne is an interesting stop, close by is the impressive Dades gorge, the Djebel Sarhro and for bird watchers, the Vallee des Oiseaux.
